At VINinspect, our aim is to always deliver quality and excellent services that guarantee outstanding customer experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased or service received from us, you are eligible to submit a request for a refund.

We offer a partial or full refund of your vehicle history report (VHR), depending on the customer’s unique situation and surrounding circumstances. To be eligible for a refund, ensure that you lodge your refund request within 14 days after your purchase. Failure to request for refund within the specified timeframe makes you ineligible for a refund.

Below are some valid reasons to request for a refund:

  • The vehicle history report you received was empty.
  • You receive an error message.
  • You are unable to open the vehicle history report you received
  • You were charged more than once for the same vehicle history report.
